Most contractors can build simple “Shade and Shelter structures” but Roland Construction, Inc. has the knowledge and experience to take these projects light years ahead of most other builders. Roland prefers to analyze the specific needs of every client to design and build packing sheds, cold storage facilities, livestock storing facilities, expansions/additions and other buildings to fit that clients needs. Our owner, Jim Hoagland, grew up on a farm in Indiana and built several agricultural buildings with his family as a young adult. He is still active in the family farming operation and understands the business of farming. He has a great deal of respect for the risk that farmers take and a genuine understanding of the processes that occur during the day to day operations on a farm. This allows Roland to work with our clients to design a project based upon their needs, equipment and proper work flow while not creating just another box type building.
